Democrat Margaret Angela Franklin Remains Second Highest Fundraiser in VA-07

Supervisor Franklin has raised $241,000 for her campaign for the 7th District

WOODBRIDGE, VA – Today, Democrat Margaret Angela Franklin announced that she has raised $241,000 for her campaign for VA-07. This maintains her position as the second highest fundraiser in the race and the highest fundraiser of any elected official. 

“Virginians deserve a representative that understands our communities and shares our values,” said Supervisor Franklin. “This campaign continues to gain momentum because of my record delivering results for Virginia families. Voters in VA-07 want a candidate who will fight to protect reproductive rights, combat gun violence, and lower costs for families, and that’s exactly what I will do in Congress.”

About Margaret:

Margaret is an experienced public servant who is one of the first African American women to serve on the Prince William Board of Supervisors and has served as a senior staffer on Capitol Hill. Since taking office, she created a Child Advocacy Center to service victims of child abuse and led the charge to create more affordable housing.
